Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
We aim to ship within 1-3 working days after an order has been placed. You will be notified once your parcel leaves us.
FREE Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) will be applied to all orders over £45 within United Kingdom.
We currently offer Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class signed for delivery options at checkout. The cost of postage and packaging will be determined by the weight of the order.
Orders sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class can be expected within 2-5 working days from dispatch date. Royal Mail 1st Class can be expected within 1-3 days from dispatch date. Estimated delivery times can vary, we kindly request your understanding should unexpected delays occur on part of Royal Mail.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. Please contact us directly for an international delivery quote and we will do our best to help.
FREE CLICK & COLLECT
We offer a free collection option for our HQ in Reigate, Surrey. If you would like to collect your order please wait for a notification email letting you know that your items are ready to collect.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
Our free local delivery option is available on orders over £10 and available to the following postcodes: RH1 and RH2. We will contact you to arrange a suitable day and time for delivery.
We aim to process and deliver orders within 1-2 working days.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your items arrive damaged or broken, please email us at contact@happypawsandclaws@gmail.com straight away with details and photos of the damage and we will look to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Although we will always try to replace or refund for the broken items, this will be at our discretion.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know within 7 days and we will look to resolve this as soon as possible. If we decide a refund is necessary, items must be returned to us in the agreed time frame and must be in the exact condition they were received. Buyers are responsible for return postage.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at contact@happypawsandclaws@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
